Dermal filler treatments that add volume and smoothness to the skin in areas such as the cheeks, lips, eyes (bags and dark circles), wrinkles around the mouth (perioral lines), smile lines, marionette lines, skin folds and nasolabial folds. Other suitable applications are filler sculpting treatment procedures such as non-surgical rhinoplasty, chin sculpting and jaw line enhancing fillers.
Anti-wrinkle injections such as botulinum and similar toxin treatments, that target ‘eleven lines’ (lines between eyebrows), ‘crows-feet’ (wrinkles at the side of the eyes), ‘bunny lines’ (horizontal wrinkles-lines at the top of the nose).

What does it do and how does it work?
SkinadeMD® INsupport™ enhances outcome by supporting the botulinum toxin pathway.
Our Injectable Support Program supports the injectable toxin pathway by creating a natural zinc ionophore ensuring optimum bioavailability. This is integral to supporting the zinc dependent botulinum toxin pathway for optimum results.
Stabilizes and enhances hyaluronic acid filler injections by preventing ROS (reactive oxygen species) and hyaluronidase activity.
Due to the unavoidable localized inflammatory response at the injection site ROS and hyaluronidase are triggered. These attack and break down hyaluronic acid filler. We include calcium ascorbate which acts as a powerful anti-oxidative compound to prevent and mitigate impact from both ROS and hyaluronidase on the filler. Many dermal fillers use vitamin C to prevent localized degradation and our Injectable Support Programme reinforces this. We also include highly absorbable HCI vegan glucosamine and collagen peptides which help the body to produce natural hyaluronic acid.

What is in the pack:
Each box of SkinadeMD® INsupport™ contains:
10 x 15ml liquid sachets
10 x 887mg capsules
1 x 25ml oral spray bottle.
How to take SkinadeMD® INsupport™
Liquid sachet and capsule:
Empty one liquid sachet into a small bottle, add 150ml of chilled water, shake and consume immediately with one capsule. For optimum absorption of the active ingredients, you must dilute the contents of the sachet. Should you be directed to, the capsule component may be taken separately. Do not drink any caffeinated beverages such as tea or coffee for 1 hour either side of taking the product (caffeine can lower the absorption of active ingredients).
Oral spray:
For best results it is recommended to spray 3 doses (3 pumps) under the tongue, 4 to 5 times per day for 10 days. Should you be directed to, the spray component can be taken prior to and continued post treatment.
Do not eat or drink and avoid chewing gum, mouth wash, teeth brushing or using any strong flavored food products such as peppermint for at least 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after using the oral spray. These items prevent the absorption of active ingredients.
For best results, complete the 10 day program.

Quercetin
In liposomal form and sourced from Sophora Japonica. When combined with bromelain creates a zinc ionophore. This is integral to supporting the zinc dependent botulinum toxin pathway for optimum results. Other benefits: inhibits histamine release; prevents fibrosis; anti-inflammatory and improves integrity of microcirculation.
Bromelain
Bromelain and quercetin are synergistic, and should be taken in conjunction to increase absorption. Bromelain reduces oedema, bruising, discomfort and healing time. When combined with quercetin creates a zinc ionophore. This is integral to supporting the zinc dependent botulinum toxin pathway for optimum results.
Vitamin C
As highly bioavailable calcium ascorbate. Vitamin C is a common ingredient of hyaluronic acid fillers. Calcium ascorbate not only improves collagen synthesis, but also stabilizes hyaluronic acid polymers by inhibiting hyaluronidase. Anti-oxidant significantly reduces ROS (reactive oxygen species) production.
Vitamin K1
Targets normal coagulation and helps to reduce bruising.
Bilberry extract
Contains anthocyanosides; these are potent antioxidants that may help reduce bruising by stabilizing collagen, increasing intracellular vitamin C levels and strengthening capillaries.
Calcium
In the form of calcerous marine algae (Lithothamnion superpositum). Supports calcium dependent active ingredients such as glucosamine.
MSM
Reduces inflammation and can help alleviate swelling due to inflammation. The anti-inflammatory properties of MSM have great potential in supporting general skin health by reduction of damage through inflammatory cascades. Since MSM can inhibit NF-κB transcriptional activity, it reduces the expression of enzymes and cytokines involved in ROS (reactive oxygen species) production. MSM is integral for collagen formation. Detoxifies the body by increasing cell permeability, which allows the toxins and metabolic waste to be easily removed and allows nutrients and water to enter the cells.
Glucosamine HCI (Vegan)
Promotes the physiological production of connective tissue and is a precursor to the production of hyaluronic acid. Glucosamine has been shown to accelerate wound healing, improve skin hydration and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It’s effect is calcium dependent.
Collagen Peptides
Our best in class collagen peptides are clinically proven to trigger natural elastin, hyaluronic acid and collagen production. This mechanism is integral to supporting in-clinic injectable treatments.
L Lysine
Essential for collagen synthesis and formation.
L Proline
Key amino acid for elastin production during collagen synthesis. hydroxyproline, which is critical for collagen stability, is synthesized by modifying the amino acid proline after the collagen chain has been built. The reaction requires vitamin C.
Arnica montana
Targets bruising and swelling.

Targets healing after injections.
